My Matic funds that I deposited are not being credited due to my mistake of using the wrong network.

Is there any staff from the Binance team that could help me retrieve them? I have already forwarded my issue to the support chat and they said it would take around 7 days for them to retrieve the coin but I am worried they don’t understand my issue because through the deposit application, they won’t know that I used the Matic network intstead of the erc-20 network to send my coins to Binance. The way to resolve this issue is Binance will need to take my erc-20 private keys for my erc-20 address on Binance and import them on a wallet that supports Matic network such as Metamask and tgen switch to Matic mainnet. Then, they could either bridge my Matic tokens to an erc-20 and then credit then to my Binance account or just send the tokens back to my personal Metamask address without bridging the Matic tokens to erc-20. I really really hope that Binance would consider my request instead of letting those coins go to waste. Binance is a reputable exchange and they claim to store our private keys safely so I expect they are able to restore them into Metamask and retrieve coins for me and heck I won’t even mind if they charge a 50% fee on those coins for the extra work that my troubles have caused. As long as I can get back some because it is a big amount for a student like me and can last me 4 months of sustenance! ???? I appreciate the Binance team and support, their services have never failed me so far and they are the most reputable exchange in my opinion. Thank you Binance! ☺️
