#MyCryptoWish - Fitness

#MyCryptoWish for Christmas is to expand my amature Outdoor fitness Gym which I build together with my 2 younger brothers as Corona started, with a more professional indoor part in my basement. I'm quite surprised that our “park” is not broken yet, even though we used it a lot and I'm not known to be a good craftsman (neither are my brothers).

Here you can see our “Hanging Parkour”, where I hold the current record of swinging from one bar to another - I have to say my brothers are 15 and I’m 21, so I guess I have an age advantage but nonetheless.

On top of that, we used the “legs” / components of our old trampoline and dig a hole in the ground to build our own “Dips-Station”. Unluckily, a few nettles grew in that hole, so they were a little extra incentive to keep getting up again from each dip.

We couldn't call it a fitness park if we didn't build some pull-up bars. I'm not an expert, but I guess we have one australian pull-up bar (the one which has a relatively low height) and a normal pull-up bar. We also included another bar which you can see on top of the two trees, which we also use to “swing” from one side to another.

Our last part of our little park are our parallettes which we also build from old trampoline components.

At my best time last year in the summer I managed to pull of 3 Muscle Ups in a row (maybe the second and third one were so-called “Chicken Wing Muscle Ups” because of a poor execution. I had to train a couple of months to be able to do that and I would love to get back to that level, which is a lot of work because I didn't train as much recently as I used to and there is no excuse for that.

#MyCryptoWish is a more or less professional fitness equipment for my basement with which we can train like in a fitness studio. We do have enough room space/height to fit sport equipment inside, which you can find in a fitness studio. A multifunctional fitness station and a dumbbell set would be incredible!
