Ndax.io has filled a limit order using more than $4k fiat at %18 higher price even though I just had 3k fiat in my account resulting in negative balance, what are my options?

I am not sure if that was a glitch or not I found similar complains from other people ending up with negative balance. I hope this helps someon else.

I had an active limit order waiting for a dip, so 3k was on hold. After that I added more fiat and put my second limit order to purchase a coin at current price. Then I realized all of my fiat plus 1k extra was used to fill my second limit order resulting in NEGATIVE $1k fiat in my account, While I still had my first limit order active. So $4k was filled at 18% more than my limit order.

I took screenshot and sent it them.

Customer service has been stalling this for over a month, they don't answer phone calls , their live chat doesn't work.

Through email they told me They are willing to reverse back my order for only 1k

What can I do about this ? Have you had problem before? I hope someone can help me here.
