Need account statement from an exchange but they don't offer it

Need to get an exchange account statement as a .pdf which has this information: name, details about account, turnover, balance, date.

But the exchange only provides .csv files for spot/futures/margin/fiat/account history trading history.

Contacted their support too and they answered they only provide as csv and history of trading and such, not account statements. Asked them to generate it manually as it's very important but no answer so far.

Now I've learned how important account statements are and that few exchanges I use offer it but this specific one doesn't.

Can someone guide me how to solve this matter as it's very important.
