Need help asap. Eth from moons never got to Kraken

Long and short is I sold my moons on sushiswap, then went to metamask to send the ETH from that transaction, which was on the Arbitrum Nova network, to Kraken so I could sell it. On Kraken, I got the ETH address to send it to, and made double sure it was the one on Arbitrum Nova. I sent it and it said it was successful. The eth never showed up on Kraken though. If I got to block explorer it shows that the ETH is at the address that Kraken gave me! My Metamask shows that it originated from my eth wallet on the Arbitrum nova network, and the there that was there is no longer there. So it was Arbitrum nova to Arbitrum nova, from metamask to kraken! I don't know what to do. I needed the money very badly and I'm freaking out. Please help.
