Edit: I meant Tether in the title
Before I start, this is the first time I am having to do this, so please explain like I'm a 5 year old.
My dad sent Tether currency to my CoinWallet app. I have been trying to convert it to Bitcoin in order to send it to my bank account. I have tried to 100$ to the Cropty app and have had no success. I have downloaded Coinbase and BitPay as well and have reached a deadend.
I'm genuinely at a loss. None of these apps have support lines I can call; one has an email but again, I don't understand it. I am trying to learn as I go but it feels like I'm missing something.
Is there anything I can try to exchange Tether to Bitcoin so I can send it to my bank account? Thank you for the help. It is greatly appreciated.
