Need some advices: If I sell price skyrockets, if I hodl price stagnates and if I buy price dumps; Who can explain!?!

It is just too freaking frustrating! And I don't know how to counter this phenomenon.

If I sell or swap a coin to another one because I find the price has dropped too low and decide it will never come back to the value I bought it for then its price skyrockets.

If I hodl a coins for a project I believe in, then the price kind of stagnates. It increases but very slowly almost stabilizing to a value I find to low.

And worst of all, when I buy and feel like I have bought a dip, then the price dumps even more!

And this keeps happening after and after! As if I was totally unlucky, as if I wasn't done for investing, as if I wasn't patient enough... As if I wasn't doing anything right

Do you experiement the same things? Can you please explain what I am doing wrong? Why am I unable to time the market and always buy high and sell low?
