Hello everyone, I need some assistance with my crypto taxes which I'll be doing this year. Between all of the numerous exchanges that I've used, I had hundreds of transactions. I called a tax firm and they agreed to complete my taxes for $1,900 because I have so many transactions, which seems ridiculous.
Is there a better method to submit taxes for my cryptos? Since I don't want to complicate my taxes, maybe you can suggest websites or apps for combining all of my exchanges and wallets to make the form that I THINK they require.
Also, how much paperwork is there if letβs say you buy BTC or another cryptocurrency and it doubles? I know it's more likely to go down, but how much paperwork is there? I haven't put much money into crypto last year (Around $1.5k).
By the way, I'm in the United States. Please let me know what you think. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
