Networks always down

Do you guys think it's very crazy how often Binance withdrawals and the networks are suspended? Every time I use Binance I have to look at the networks before I buy. I have often bought crypto but the withdrawal option I needed was suspended for multiple days. This has happened more times than I can remember.

This makes using Binance as an onramp very very poor, as it is totally unreliable with constant networks suspended. I know you can get altered via email but I don't find that very helpful as I never see the email nor get it.

Anyone else experiencing this and finding the constant suspension of networks make Binance super unreliable as an on-ramp when you need it?
