I tried to complete the new verification ID 5 times : 5 times failed.

2 first times : typical issues (blurred ID, too much light, etc). But,

the last 3 times i had this error code : "

Sorry, you did not pass the review process.

The reason for failure is as follows:

• API_CALL_FAIL"

I contacted twice the support but 1st time : just tell me to wait. I waited : unsuccessful, and 2nd time : they tell to wait. I waited. But i already received the mail which indicates it was "unsuccessful".

So, is any people has the same issue and maybe a solution?

I precise that i had already a verified account one year ago (old system verification) and that now in the verification center i have this : "

Verified

Completed

Required Documents (it's blank)

but still this message :

"Complete New Identity Verification
by 2022-04-23(UTC) and receive a reward.

If you do not pass verification, your features will be limited to withdrawal only. "

Help will be much appreciated.
