New investor here

Probably a nuisance, I know. Anyways I have a Gemini and coinbase “portfolio” as of now. I don’t want to deal with it forever, especially when I start getting more money involved. I want to outright own my crypto. If anyone has the time to take out of their day to get me going in the right direction, I would be very appreciative of that. Any tips help. I’m ready to take the next step and learn some new things. No tech background but am younger and can navigate. I ask this for anyone else that may also be in my shoes.
