What does this error mean? Is it common or is it protocol specific?
For context I was attempting to open a wallet on Loopring's L2 protocol. Any information would be very helpful, I'm hesitant to try again as I don't want to lose another transaction fee for nothing.
On that note, do any protocols compensate for costs from errors on the protocol's side or are ethereum users more or less s.o.l. when errors like these happen?
