New user on Binance, verify has blocked my IP? + Rewards question.

Hi,

I tried to register today and provided all my paperwork, an ID has an old address of mine, however i provided a bank statement, it seems i get an error 403 when i try to open a weblink or app...

i can access it when i use my mobile data, how can i get this undone, i sent a twitter DM to Support Binance.

PS: if i use my data im able to login and provided all correct details and my verification is pending until 18th Nov 2021.

The reason for joining is i made an account with coinbase a few weeks ago, and i noticed the sign up rewards on binance 5+45+50 = 100$ for doing a few simple things, does anyone have good experience in receiving the rewards, it would be nice to move some crypto, make a trade and deposit from a CC and get 100$ just for doing so, not sure how much to trust it as im hearing mixed things AND the above IP blocking is worrisome.
