Node setup from Amazon?

I'm ready to setup a node but all this Pi stuff is like a foreign language. After searching lots of threads here and spending a few hours on YouTube I came up with this list from Amazon. I was hoping my old laptop I dug up out of the basement would work, but it's too slow and not enough memory. Also, I don't want to run the node on our main computer (Mac) so I think I want to go the Pi route.

Does anyone have time to look through that list and see if that stuff is all compatible?

And one more (major dumbass probably) question: with no screen how the heck do I run the dang thing!??
