Not receiving emails despite whitelisting, can't even change email adress

It is only a small amount but i want to transfer crypto and i can't do it because i don't receive emails from binance. To change the email i need to receive a verification code, which idiot thought that this was a good idea? You are supposed to solve a problem with your email using that exact email adress.

For SMS codes i also need a verification email to enable it. I can't do anything. I am so glad when i finally have removed anything i have on binance.
