4 years ago I bought all Harry Potter movies on Google Play and I tried to access them today... Guess what? All are visible as "purchased" but I can't watch them - only trailer plays. Now I need to complain to customer service and maybe eventually Google will look into it and solve it. Will they though? I need to TRUST in it.
Same is with the money in your bank account, you need to trust that the bank will transfer them when you will ask for it.
