OK so first off, don't worry, I won't respond to any DMs from scammers, I'm not new to Bitcoin or how this sub operates.
Anyway got an old wallet.dat from maybe 2013 and I'm currently syncing an old version of bitcoin core to check it.
My question I need help with is, if there is BTC on there, what will be the easiest way to get it from the old bitcoin core across to my trezor wallet?
Will I just simply enter my trezor receive address into bitcoin core? Or is there a safer method of me updating and sending it via QR code? Because the old core is just typed by hand by the looks of it.
Any tips and advice on moving it without a mistake will be much appreciated!
