Ontario user that is unable to trade coins on binance. How do I get my ftx off?

I was forced to stay on binance despite the restrictions in Ontario because I am staked in eth 2.0. I also have a small amount of ftx. Right now my only capability on binance is withdrawal. I am going to wait on eth 2.0 to remove my eth but I'd like to take my ftx out now. I cannot trade my ftx for a coin that transfers much easier like xlm etc since I don't have that capability. Ftx runs on erc20 so I'm already getting burned on gas fees. But my main problem is that I don't know where to send that ftx and the best means for turning it into bitcoin. I was reading about freewallet but I'm not sure if they are safe. Any advice? Thanks.
