I’m playing around with Bitcoin payment processing and have one major question. I understand that I could use the tx-notify (or on-tx, whatever it’s called) argument for bitcoind to manually set up transaction notifications to whatever language I choose, or I could use a language-specific library like bitcoinj.
Is there a better way to process transactions? I need to generate addresses and be notified when incoming transactions confirm. What is the best way for me to do this? Ideally it wouldn’t be using bulky libraries like bitcoinj since I don’t want to be tied down to a specific language.
Thanks
