Perfect money USD to bank account in GBP/EUR

Hi,

I have been looking for weeks but I dont see any way to send my money out of PM to my bank account in GBP/EUR in a cost efficient manner. I initially transferred my USDT from binance using P2P as Binance doesnt allow bank withdrawals. The certified partners optionality is very limited and the bank wire option is subject to providing a physical utility bill that in the 21st century when everybody uses digital billing for enviromental purposes can't be an option either.

Any cheap way to avoid having to send the PM back to binance and then to Coinbase for withdrawal?

Im totally lost here.
