Phishing Email scam?

What the heck is this? I've received an email from supposedly binance US -- if I'm examining headers correctly. This looks totally like a phishing email. Is this correct? If I login to my account I don't see any warnings posted in the account

We are investigating a potentially suspicious attempted login to your account. There has been no breach of Binance.US systems. We believe that the login attempts may have resulted from a compromise of your personal email account or mobile device in an incident unrelated to Binance.US.

Because we detected these login attempts and have seen the recent news about widespread security issues impacting mobile devices, we encourage you to closely monitor your account and inform us of any suspicious activity on the account. In addition, to help secure your account, we temporarily disabled your ability to withdraw assets. You will continue to have the ability to trade and make deposits into your account.

We also wanted to remind you that the Binance.US Terms of Use require you to protect the security of your Binance.US account and of all devices that you use to access the account.

To help protect your Binance.US account, we recommend taking the following steps.:

Email Security

• Change your email password, close all active sessions, and verify that 2-step verification is enabled.
• Check your email account for recently added rules, filters, or forwarding addresses that you did not create or authorize.
• Check your email account settings, and determine if there are any unauthorized devices currently logged into your email account.

Device Security

• Install anti-virus and anti-malware software on all of your devices.
• Manually and routinely use the anti-virus and anti-malware software to remove any malicious software on your devices.

Phone Number Security

• Request Phone Port protection from your wireless provider to prevent future attacks.

Binance.US

• If you have not done so already, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Binance.US account. You can use one of two methods: Google Authentication or SMS Authentication.

We recognize that dealing with this type of issue can be daunting. Please rest assured that we are doing our utmost to protect your Binance.US account, investigate this matter, and get your account capabilities fully restored.
