Phone died and lost 2fa. Been unable to reset it. Trying to access old binance as a US user

I had a few k in my og binance account from back in 2018, hadn't touched it in a while as I moved on to other things after the crash, but wanted to get in recently and realized I can log in with username and password but can't get past 2fa. Tried to reset countless times but it won't go through. Support unhelpful. Thought I finally got somewhere last week when I was talking to a tech for an hour submitted I'd photos etc. Then they transfer me to someone else and nothing since.

Can anyone help me figure out how to reset 2fa, and transfer account to a binance.us? I'm losing my mind lol
