Price discrepancy when purchasing crypto using debit card

Hi all,

I've been bumping into an issue (from my point of view) when purchasing crypto using my debit card (it's a Danish Mastercard from Danske Bank).

Each time I select my DKK (Danish Krone) amount, one price will be shown (i.e. 1 BUSD = 6.57 DKK), while in the confirmation screen a second price will be shown (i.e. 1 BUSD = 6.81 DKK).

At first I thought it was just that the price has fluctuated between these 2 screens, however I've tried the same transaction, multiple times a day, for the past 2 weeks, and I am always seeing the same amounts, in the very same order (I am always on the losing side).

After opening 2 support tickets with Binance, I've been given what I consider some sketchy explanations: first they said it was just the price fluctuating, then they said it could be the fees (I quote from what the customer support agent said "I think it's the fees."), then they said it was because their system can't display the same number on both screens because it would consume too many resources (at this point I double checked my connection, because I had the impression I was talking to a scammer).

Has anyone else noticed this? Am I misjudging this whole situation? I feel like they're just reaching into my pocket instead of being transparent about some fees.

So far I've used the very same process of buying USDT or BUSD 3 times. It was at the 3rd purchase that I noticed this discrepancy. That's when I opened my first ticket and been given the first explanation (price fluctuation). I said "fine, this is just me being new to this and making some mistakes, I'll pay more attention to the prices next time", however I still lost some money on those occasions, while now I am reluctant in getting more money into my Binance account. Would I be able to recover some of those hidden fees?
