PRO Merchant status removed

Good day Binance, I am writing right here because the chat help shouldn't be very useful.

I'm a pro merchant on Binance for more than 2 years, I've over 48,000 complete P2P trades and have constructive suggestions of 98.13%.

I was off boarded from service provider program with none cause, I am literally begging the help on chat to tell me the rationale so if I really feel I'm responsible of any improper doings I might stop sending them messages but they hold copy pasting templates that they can't provide me a cause.

This is cruelty, you took away my principal source of revenue from me and not even providing me a purpose or an opportunity for any clarification.

Kindly please speak with the help chat and assist me with this challenge.
