Problem with money transfer

Hey Guys, i have a problem.. Me and my father were in turkey a month ago. So my father transferred money from his turkish bank account to binance. 2/3 times. And everytime it arrived after one or two days.

So after we came back to germany, he took the bank adress he sent the money to and sent money from his german bank. On 02-25-2022. after the money didnt arrived, we contacted the bank and they said that the money arrived on the 03-01-2022. but its not on his binance account. where is the money, and how can we get it back? Please help..
