Any precautions I should take if I'm looking to purchase an ENS from a squatter?
They own quite a few ENS including the one I'm after so I'm fairly confident it's a squatter.
Checking the owners address on Etherscan I can contact them through "Blockscan Chat", is this a safe method of contact?
Apart from viewing transactions the holder wallet has been involved in to prove legitimacy/chances of being scammed, is there anywhere else I should be checking?
