Purchasing Real Estates using Crypto Assets

Hi all!
I've been looking for a way to diversify my funds by decreasing exposure in crypto assets and reallocating the portion of those into real estates.
I am curious if anyone here has experience with purchasing real estates using crypto assets, and if yes, in which countries?
I know for a fact that purchasing real estates using crypto is fairly simple in markets like UAE (Dubai) or Paraguay, but I am wondering if any of you have gone through the process of purchasing real estates using crypto before and would be willing to share your 2 cents.
