Question about blockchain developers

Hey everyone,

I have a question that some of you might be able to help with. I've been trying to find the best place to hire experienced blockchain developers but haven't had much luck. While you can find developers on Fiverr, i am looking for someone who will take their time on this project and have a specific vision.

For those of you who have created a cryptocurrency token (especially a non-meme coin), how did you find your developer? What are the best places to look?
