Question about Germany, Italy and Netherlands

Has the last date of closing futures positions been announced yet? If yes when is it?

Because the announcement said this: "With effect from a later date to be announced in a further notice, users from these countries will have 90 days to close their open positions."

So my interpretation would be that Binance was going to announce a date and from that date people have 90 days to deal with it. Thank you in advance!
