Question for you all: How often do you guys check the crypto market to see if your coins/tokens are up or down?

I check it first thing in the morning, during/after breakfast, throughout the day/evening usually. Sometimes I even check it when I can’t sleep in the middle of the night or maybe if I wake up in the night I’ll take a quick peek. Are you fellow crypto enthusiast in the same boat or am I checking it too much ?? Ok here’s the “POLL” on how often you check crypto:

1. 0-2 times per day
2. 3-7 times per day
3. 8-15 times per day
4. 16-40 times per day
5. 41-99 times per day
6. OVER 100 times per day

Honestly I think I range between 4 and 6 depending on what I have going on that day and if the market is up or down. I tend to check it more when it’s having a big day, and a lot less when things are red. How bout you guys ??
