1. can a fast sync node process a transaction or its just use for querying information like data, etc.?
2. does a fast sync node perform full validation after pivot point to chain head just like full node?, or it just download the blocks (bodies and header)
- what happened after the node is synched (thru fast sync)? does it resume normal operation like validating, synching as if its a full node?
