Quick Question about Binance ban in Ontario, Canada

Hello,

Hope everyone is well.

Binance will not be able to operate in Onatrio, Canada after December 31 of this year(2021).

I have a few questions about it...

1. I wanted to know if this ban is only on deposits and bank withdrawals?
2. Are you able to have money on your account and still make trades and then send your money to a wallet instead of withdrawing it through a bank?
3. If I moved to another province and tried to registered a new binance account with an ID from that province, will it allow me to register or do I have to deactivate the previous account?
4. Lastly, if I'm coming from a different province into Ontario, will my binance work like normal or is the ban on IP address as well?
