Recommendations for intensive learning

I'm looking for recommendations for resources - ideally video - to learn about the technologies behind bitcoin. I'm not very technically-minded but I can usually follow complex things if they're explained well.

I already understand the first principles of Bitcoin and having DCAed for several years, I don't need convincing of its importance as sound money. I'm already a 'believer'.

I've been involved in 'crypto' for many years now (please ignore my horrible post history) but I'm embarrassed that I don't understand Bitcoin enough to explain how the network works. Are there any videos or series of videos that hardcore bitcoiners recommend to dive deeper into the nuts and bolts of how it all works? I'm willing to put in many hours of work to learn more.
