Reset Binance Identification

I created my Binance account many many years ago.

At the time I used an Australian drivers license but I was living in the UK at the time. I did that because I did not have any UK ID at the time.Then they changed all the requirements for the KYC and I was asked to re-verify.

I have been unable to do that because what they need is a bill with evidence of my previously registered home address. But I no longer live in that address or that country.

I've tried submitting my new drivers license and a bill that matches. But it gets denied because it does not match my original address when I signed up all those years ago.

I tried to register and verify a new account, but I was told I cannot have 2 Binance accounts, even though they are on separate email addresses.

But it does not say to where you actually submit the video or how.

Currently sitting in a Binance Support chat window but I am not optimistic....
Feeling really frustrated and stuck. Hope someone can help!
