Long story short my phone got stolen and got another one so I had to reinstall binance. I log in everything is fine and then a window prompts that I have to verify my account and the multiple choice questionnaire about current job, trading purpose on binance, income etc. popped up and required proof of bank statement. Basically the KYC process you do to get verified when you open a new account. I can't trade pairs on spot but can place positions in futures. Does anyone have any clue as to why I need to reverify?
