 | I've seen this happen in the past, and have no idea why or how are people doing this, but there's only 1 address mining all the blocks, and the gas limit is set to ~64k, making it impossible to deploy or interact with contracts, plus any already deployed contracts always return 0 in all of the view/pure functions (and most likely other functions as well) is this done because of the merge that's supposed to happen soon, or is this some kind of attack on testnet?
