Saifedean Ammous - The Bitcoin Standard, but now I'm worried - his views on other topics

Hi all, have read the Bitcoin Standard and gone down the rabbit hole with Michael Saylor interviews, InvestAnswers, and some other great resources, and truly am beginning to understand what Bitcoin is and isn't.

I read Saifedean's book and thought it laid out some very pertinent points, and most will look back on him in a decade as being a pioneering thought leader in this space.

Having said that, I've just started the Fiat Standard and also listened to some of his podcasts, and he talks about there being no data showing the increasing human emitted Co2 being linked to a speeding up of climate change, and referring to vegan diets as being "chemical $h!tstorms" and we're not designed to be vegan, and animals not contributing to more greenhouse gases in the atmosphere that are accelerating climate change (agriculture certainly is contributing gas and deforestation), Al Gore is a crackpot etc......basically denying that Co2 is linked to climate change, and that humans don't contribute to it.

I don't want this to be political, or anything about climate change (in terms of heated debate), I want this to be more about Ammous....but have any of you also come across this, and does this worry you at all? "How you do one thing is how you do everything" (I believe), and if he has come to this conclusion based on the same data that I've seen, he's wildly incorrect. Just worried about his analysis of Bitcoin now.....an economist trying to get involved with science and not having (what I can see) as a valid point. Has his assumptions of Bitcoin also been based on crappy assumptions and prejudiced viewpoints, or is that more in his lane as an economist?

Sorry if this is off topic, I just feel like I now look at his stuff through a different lens.
