Satisfied customer

I've been a Canadian KYC verified customer for 2 years now and I have never had a single issue with Binance. I've always seen negative reviews as normal. All companies have nevegtive reviews and I've found from personal experience not to trust everyone's individual experience. Here's the thing. Lately I've seen a lot more negative reviews and hearing things of people losing their assets randomly. I'm not to sure what to think of it. I'd like to keep certain cryptos in Binance and continue using the exchange but I'd like the company to acknowledge the issues publicly at least so us ling term users can know what to ignore.
