Ive been holding BTC as an investment since 11k or so. And it is worth 47k now. (1BTC). Id like to move into a house and it would cover my downpayment.
I understand that BTC may hit 1 million in the next 10 years. Although in the short term, ive reached my goal in life of being able to afford a house and the downpayment is staring me right in the face on my Ledger app.
What do? I really dont want to sell my Bitcoin, but man do I want to get out of the apartment space. I feel like its trading one asset for another?
