I swapped some bogus coin to ether on the BSC Mainnet in Meta Mask.
I sent this ether to another ethereum account but it never showed up. Here is the transaction on BSCscan. I contacted the place that it was supposed to show up (which is an exchange address) and the support said they cannot find the transaction. They looked on blockchain.com. Where did this go? Can it be retrieved?
