About 3 months ago, I sent a transaction with no memo. I contacted Binance Support and finally heard back a month ago asking for some documents and video to prove the transaction.
I submitted my documents and video as requested over a month ago and have not heard back. Was hoping someone could forward this to the team as I am getting increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication.
