I got a new phone and the google authenticator codes did not transfer over. I had a binance 2fa backup code written down but it seems it was not the current one, somehow. I lost my phone earlier this year.
I tried to disable Google Authenticator by putting in email AND phone verification, AND answering questions about my account.
But now in order to reset my Google Authenticator it either needs a code I don’t have or KYC. This is not fair. I am already able to verify in 2 different ways.
I am not able to even withdraw without finding a solution. Any help is appreciated
