Shouldn't users be compensated for UST deposits frozen immediately after de-peg ?

Hi,

I tried to make a deposit of 100UST(wormhole) on binance on bsc blockchain on May-10-2022 02:42 PM +UTC .Deposit was not credited, I contacted support and they filed a form for me, after 2 days I found that my account could not be credited and I will have to pay a fee of 30$ in BTC for my UST to be returned to the original address, by that time that 100ust was worth 15$.

Now my beef it is that I think Binance was completely wrong doing, first the deposit was permitted meaning I could take the details from "deposit crypto" without any disclaimer with what will happened in full faith, second the time it took for that form my UST went in value from ~90$ to ~15$ and on top of that you are charging 30$ for something I think should be your responsibility.

If it will be any fairness, me and other users that were affected by this should be compensated, it was on your page, deposit UST to this address and nothing about deposits suspended or anything that could give me second thoughts.
