Simple way to explain why bitcoin can’t be hacked.

Was having a fire with my brother in law this evening and was trying to explain the concept of Bitcoin. He kept saying it’s inevitable AI and super computers will be able to disrupt the network or recover your private key. I tried my hardest to give him a explanation but I feel like it was half ass. Would you guys be able to help fabricate a simple explanation you could give a none bitcoiner why this wouldn’t be possible. Thanks
