Single mom who bought 1BTC when it was $20k- should I hold on to it?

I don’t need the cash now, but it’s tempting to sell. I have 2 young kids, so I want make sure I’m doing the right thing because I will need the money when they go to college. Initially wanted to sell once it hits 100k but now thinking it could go higher.
