So it seems like some of you are being tested for the first time

Ive been scrolling this sub for years and I have to say how quickly we have turned on each other and turned on bitcoin once the price recent moves a bit it depressing. I mean Russia's stock market has fallen about 30% and will fall more if this continues. Bitcoin is a risk-on asset with big money making waves, trade into it on the way down and out on the way up. You can't beat the market or control it just accept it.

If you feel poor today, let me tell you I've been there. I've watched my shit bleed for years. Many alts won't recover and we could be in for a year or two of bear. Be excited, you didn't miss your chance to gather your position.

If nothing fundamentally has changed with the crypto you're invested in, it's all noise. If you're wondering why bitcoin still follows stocks etc it's because people are still trying to make money taking bets. There are still real holders out there like myself that when things like this go down we fucking sell anything that isn't nailed down and double down on our convictions.

If you haven't got that level of conviction with a project you're involved in, well I have to tell you that you won't last this out. Don't be a hero or a trader just ride it and accumulate. This is exactly when the money is made. At the purchase, during extreme fear cycles.

Please look out for each other and hold your heads high with pride. Bitcoin and crypto is a world of wealth built on peace, separated from state and will one day will be so big it will not be affected by the pursuits of man. Nothing, I repeat, nothing like bitcoin has been available to the world before. I hope for a future where if we are not happy with out country we can just up and leave because out wealth is on the Blockchain and countries will have to entice us in.

You're in a figurative danger of losing you faith but just do me a favour and hold on another few years. Why would you want to bet against a technology like this.
