So many bad reviews.

There are so many bad reviews and I am curious what the reddit community has to say to this. I used binance for my first purchase of cryptos and I really like it. But I started to daubed the legitimacy of this. I would like to continue to use it but if they sometimes just freeze accounts and don’t really answer support tickets I don’t know about that. I am not hating just kind of scared to lose a lot but not to the market. :)
