Withdrawals of some crypto-coins have been disabled for half a year, or somewhere for years.

Users are unhappy. They cannot sell their coins because the price is usually very low and the order book is nearly zero ... because who wants to buy coins that cannot be withdrawn?
The official reason is always the same: never-ending maintenance. It is of course ridiculous, since honest exchanges do maintenance for a maximum of 24 hours.

Some exchanges have closed some coins for only weeks (like ????inanc????) and some service closed forever (like FTҲ). And some exchanges have all crypto-coins and never have problems with withdrawals for more than 24 hours.
