Spot account showing its empty

Hi.

Earlier today I logged into my binance account and everything was fine. However, I logged back in about an hour after I updated the app and now when I log in, my overview shows that I have money there but when I click on spot account to view my crypto it says "no records found" but when I click on overview it shows my balance fluctuating as the coins value goes up and down. Also, when I go to withdrawal it shows my coins there but when I try to withdraw them it says I have 0 available to withdraw. I'm really worried, as anyone would be.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be a miss?

Oh, one more thing, usually when I log in I get an email letting me know I've logged in and I haven't received an email and it's taking 2 attempts for the code to come through when I go to log in.

All a bit strange.
