Stay away from Wirex wallet, move your funds from this wallet as soon as possible.

Long story short, I signed up for this wallets few months ago, I got their master card, been using it for a while without any issues, All of sudden, I tried using the Wirex Mastercard to top up a mobile bank but the transaction got declined due to Insufficient balance of which I had enough balance on the Wirex account at the time of the transaction. After the mobile bank top up was declined, Wirex went ahead to deduct the money from my Wirex account, I contacted the support team but they said the money will be returned within 31 days if unclaimed by merchant but it's over 50 days now and no response from Wirex and money is not back into my account. There are a lot bad reviews and complains about this wallet. Guys watch out and run away from them!
